SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

Here, we aim to provide you with all the information you need to know about our shipping methods, times and costs, and return & exchange policies. We believe in transparency and want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and satisfying as possible.

Shipping Policy
We typically ship within 2-3 days, excluding the weekends and holidays. Handmade intimate products may take longer to ship only because our products are made in small quantities to maintain freshness. Please note that custom handmade items may take up to 7 days to ship, as we need time to craft your order. If there are any delays, we will communicate with you in a timely manner. If there are extended delays, we will have an announcement on the main page, near the top. We do offer free shipping on domestic orders over $55 and international orders over $111.
Standard US Domestic Shipping: $10
Standard International Shipping: $20
Damaged Items
If your items do not arrive at all or arrive damaged, please open a case with the carrier, which most likely will be USPS. Please refer to the description of the item and photos, as I will always be transparent if anything has any damage prior to selling; this does not include natural imperfections.
Refunds/Exchanges
All sales are final. However, if there is an error on your order, please let us know as soon as you receive it so that we may correct it. If you take longer than 72 hours to reach out from the time the package shows as "delivered," we will no longer be responsible.
Chargebacks/Disputes
Please reach out to us before submitting a dispute or chargeback. Please note that on your bank/credit card statement, purchases made on our website or paid via invoice will show as "Loving Me."
